Yuriy Oleksandrovich Nedashkovskiy President of NNEGC “Energoatom” Yuriy O. Nedashkovskiy was born on April 14, 1961 in Kyiv. In 1983 he graduated from the Odessa Polytechnic University, majoring in “Nuclear Power Plants and Installations”. From 1983 to 2000 he worked at Khmelnitsky NPP, progressing from a boiler inspector on patrol to the General Director of a nuclear power plant. In 2000 he became President of NNEGC “Energoatom”. He held this post till 2003. From 2003 to 2005 he was an advisor to Victor Yuschenko, People’s Deputy. From 2005 to 2006 Yuriy Nedashkovskiy was President of NNEGC “Energoatom”. In 2006 he was appointed Deputy Minister of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine. On June 18, 2008 Yuriy Nedashkovskiy assumed his present position: President of NNEGC “Energoatom”, as per Resolution No.854-p by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Ivan Mikhaylovich Foltov First Vice-president- Technical Director Ivan M.Foltov was born on March 1st, 1952 in the village of Noviy Bor, Ust-Tsylemskiy region of the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. In 1975 he graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) and got a qualification of a thermal power engineer. After graduation Ivan Foltov worked at power units and in the Training Center of Novovoronezh nuclear power plant. From 1982 to 1987 – he worked as a Head of Production & Technical Operational Section, Directorate of Rostov nuclear power plant. Ivan Foltov held various executive positions within different organizations, namely, Specialized Enterprise “Complex” located in the town of Prypyat; Production Association “Spetzatom” of the USSR Ministry of Atomic Energy, District Inspectorate for Operation Supervision of NPP of the Southwestern District of the USSR Gosatomnadzor; Scientific and Production Association “Prypyat” of the USSR Ministry of Atomic Energy and Industry. From 1996 to 1998 – he worked as a Deputy Chief Engineer, Deputy General Manager for Safety within the State Building Industrial Company “Atomspetsbud” of the Ukrainian State Committee on Nuclear Power Utilization (Goscomatom of Ukraine); In 1998 Ivan Foltov started working for NNEGC “Energoatom” as a Secretary of the Company’s Administrative Office. Then, he held the position of Director of Production and Technical Department of the Executive Directorate on Production, Head of the Presidential Office, and since June 2003 – Director for Production. As per Resolution No. 720-p by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ivan M.Foltov was appointed First Vice-president- Technical Director of NNEGC “Energoatom” on May 21, 2008. Volodymyr Maxymovych Pyshnyi Vice President, Repair and Plant Manufacturing Volodymyr Maxymovych Pyshnyi was born on January 15, 1955 in Poltava region, Ukraine. He started working in 1972 in a construction department in Poltava region. In 1972 he entered the Odessa Polytechnic Institute, which he graduated from in 1978 with diploma of thermal power engineer. After graduation he worked as an engineer of the laboratory of reactor checkout of Novovoronezh NPP, Russia, and senior foreman on repair of centralized repair workshop of Zaporizhzhya NPP. In 1988-2000 he was deputy head of the workshop of centralized repair, deputy chief engineer on repair, general director of Zaporizhzhya NPP. In December 2003 he assumed position of vice president, repair and plant manufacturing Pyshnyi holds titles of Honored Power Engineer of Ukraine, Distinguished Power Engineer of Ukraine. He received the Russian award - order of “Friendship”. Yuriy Anatoliyovych Rezunik Vice-President for External Loan Attraction Yuriy A.Rezunik was born on February 14, 1966 in Kyiv. In 1989 he graduated from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (National Polytechnic University). In 1996 he graduated from the Kyiv National University of Economics, majoring in “Finances and Credit”. In 2003 he graduated from the Moscow State Open University, majoring in “Jurisprudence, Civil Law”. He held various executive positions within financial institutions and banks including the National Bank of Ukraine. From 1998 to 2007 Yuriy Rezunik worked as an Executive Director for Economy and Finances, NNEGC “Energoatom”. From 2007 – 2008 – he worked as a Director of the State Enterprise “Feodosia Ship and Mechanical Plant”, Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. On August 12, 2008 Yuriy Rezunik assumed duties as Acting Vice-president for External Loan Attraction, NNEGC “Energoatom”. As per Resolution No. 1232 by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, on September 17, 2008 he was appointed Vice-president for External Loan Attraction of NNEGC “Energoatom”. Olga Oleksandrivna Kravets Vice President, General Aspects Olga Kravets was born on January 22, 1961 in the city of Frunze. She graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute holding diploma in Applied Mathematics. In 1999 she was appointed deputy general director for economics of Khmelnitsky NPP. In 2000 she was appointed vice president of NNEGC “Energoatom”. Since February 2005 Kravets worked as first deputy director, then deputy director of SE Atomkomplekt of NNEGC”Energoatom”.Olga Kravets was appointed vice president of Energoatom by regulation #492 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated June 20, 2005. Danko Vasilyovych Biley General Inspector, Safety Director Danko Vasilyovych Biley was born on February 27, 1954 in the Transcarpathian region, Ukraine. From 1973 to 1976 he served in the Navy on a nuclear submarine. In 1982 he graduated with distinction from Odessa Polytechnic Institute, diploma in the field of nuclear power plants and installations, qualified as thermal power engineer. He worked at Zaporizhzhya NPP, rising from the position of an engineer of the reactor check-out and test hall up to the general director. Form 1996 to 2000 Biley worked as general director of Zaporizhzhya NPP. Between 2000 and 2002 he served as QA director of NNEGC”Energoatom”, in 2003 he successively occupied positions of production director & deputy head of operating body, technical director& deputy head of operating body of NNEGC”Energoatom”. Since December 2003 Biley has been General Inspector- Safety Director, NNEGC “Energoatom”. Danko Biley is a Candidate of Technical Sciences. He holds titles of Honorous Power Engineer of Ukraine, Meritorious Nuclear Power Engineer, Distinguished Nuclear Power Engineer. Nataliya Pavlivna Musevitch Executive Director for Legal Issues and Economic Security Nataliya P. Musevitch was born on January 23, 1970 in the town of Kyzyl of the Tuva Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (Russia). In 1995 she graduated from the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv, majoring in “Law”. In 2007 she graduated from the Khmelnitysky University of Economics, majoring in “Finances”. Nataliya Musevitch worked in the “Inyurkollegia” Representation Office (state firm engaged in foreign legal affairs) to the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, and in the Joint-stock Commercial Bank “Interbank”. Since 1999 she started working for NNEGC “Energoatom”. In 2000-2006 she worked as a Director for Legal Support of NNEGC “Energoatom”. From November 2006 to June 2008 – Advisor on a voluntary basis to Mr. Nedashkovskiy, Deputy Minister of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine. In June 2008 Nataliya Musevitch was appointed Executive Director for Legal Issues and Economic Security of NNEGC “Energoatom”. She was commended for her excellent work in the nuclear power industry of Ukraine (“Excellent Employee of the Nuclear Power Industry of Ukraine”). |
