Program on social policy of NNEGC “Energoatom” consists of the following parts:

• Improvement of human resource policy,
• Forming of personnel incomes,
• Work conditions quality,
• Health protection,
• Forming conditions for safe functioning,
• Social-labour relations,
• Social protection and provision of pensions
• Employment,
• Housing policy,
• Youth policy,
• Cultural environment and  support of sports activities,
• Transferring objects of social infrastructure into municipal property,
• Informing public (І part of the image program),
• Support of humanitarian field and charitable activities
• (ІІ part of the image program),
• Regional policy and regional partnership.

In the Program on social policy of NNEGC “Energoatom”, developed by the specialists of NNEGC “Energoatom” and by social science Institute of NAS of Ukraine,  the following trends are envisaged:

• creation of contemporary system of training, retraining and upgrading personnel’s qualification, including possibilities and stimulation of personnel’s studies and training in the leading atomic energy centers abroad
• Provision of short-term financial aid for payment of workers’ correspondence tuition and of branch workers children’s education, if select profession hereinafter can be used at NPP, for account of funds of detached subdivisions;
• the use of pre- college preparation system for high school students and the appointment of raised and nominal grants to the outstanding students of higher faculties of power institutes preparing the specialists for NPPs (50 nominal grants);
• provision of medical insurance for  the Company workers,  implementation and development  of medical insurance provision to the family members ;
• improvement of workers’ medical insurance practice as a new form of medical-social and economic relations in health protection domain.  Implementation and development of medical insurance programs for their family members;
• elaboration and realization of the common project of NNEGC “Energoatom” and trade-union committee of NNEGC “Energoatom” -  “Perspective development of social partnership of the owner’s representative and labour body of NNEGC “Energoatom”
• creation of non-state pensionary  NPP workers’ fund;
• preparation of long-term  employment program for NPPs workers,  which emerges with the power units decommissioning on finishing of resources of their work;
• negotiating with banks on long-term appartment building crediting in order to increase the investment in housing building;
• maintenance of volumes and timing of housing building,  including shares participation of other economic subjects of NPPs’ cities-satellites ;
• creation of youth branch center;
• elaboration of common corporate Conception of forming of public opinion on atomic energy;
• foundation of periodic all-Ukrainian branch magazine on atomic-energy - corporate magazine NNEGC “Energoatom”;
• ongoing support and development of social partnership between NPPs’ administrations and of local government authorities in order to agree on tasks of regional development maintaining NPPs’  interests;
• establishment of special NPP city-satellites status in Ukraine and determination of forming principle of local budgets for them.
