We would like to inform you that as of August 21, 2025, the Executive Board of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” is functioning in full force with five members as set out by the Charter.
Pending the election and appointment of permanent members of the company's Executive Board in accordance with Ukrainian law, the Supervisory Board of the company has temporarily assigned their duties to:
Pavlo Kovtoniuk, Director General of the branch “SS RNPP”, who is acting as CEO of the Executive Board;
Natalia Vashetina, Chief Accounting Officer of the company;
Vyacheslav Stoyanov, Director General of the branch “SS SUNPP”;
Oleksandr Ostapovets, Acting First Vice President – Chief Technical Officer;
Hartmut Jacob, Vice President.
JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” confirms the stability of its management structure and its focus on the continuous fulfillment of its tasks to ensure the reliable operation of Ukraine's nuclear power generation.
