The expertise of Ukrainian nuclear engineers is recognized worldwide. Energoatom also contributes to the formation of high-quality specialists, in particular by actively cooperating with young people. In fact, for JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, young specialists are a strategic asset that will develop the Ukrainian nuclear industry in the future.
Graduates who find employment after receiving higher education are provided with assistance in the amount of three official salaries.
In addition, the following activities are held annually for young people:
- competitions of professional skills among young employees of the Company’s subdivisions;
- competitions of scientific reports among young employees of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”.
Winners receive cash awards.
Energoatom also has the Council of Heads of Youth Organizations, which participates in innovative projects, develops proposals for improvements in working conditions and personnel development.
Moreover, nuclear employees do not forget about career guidance counseling for schoolchildren and students of specialized higher educational institutions, popularizing nuclear energy.
