In the capital of Ukraine, August 29 has been declared a Day of Mourning – in memory of the victims of another massive russian missile strike on the civilian population of Kyiv on August 28, 2025.
There are four children among killed; the youngest child who died was only two years old... The other children were supposed to go to school in a few days. However, the russian missile cut their lives short before the first bell rang.
This is the fourth Day of Mourning in the capital this year. Every time, the victims are civilians. Every time, there are children among them.
April 25, June 18, August 1 and today – August 29.
Each of these days is a pain that cannot be forgotten.
